| Citizens Job Bank Program is a $100 million financing initiative, designed to reward businesses that contribute to job growth in the state. Qualified businesses may access up to $10 million in financing at below-market financing of just 3.5% APR. In exchange for the below-market financing, companies must create full-time jobs for New Hampshire residents within three years of completing their expansion projects. |

Granite State is a private, not-for-profit company which was established to administer the SBA 504 Loan Program throughout the state of New Hampshire. Solutions for companies include business planning, lean enterprise, eBusiness, international development, technology transfer/commercialization and workforce development. Project managers offer informal assessments without fees, and work towards a solution by contracting with third-party service providers. |
| The SCORE Association is a national, nonprofit association dedicated to entrepreneur education and the formation, growth and success of small business nationwide. SCORE is a resource partner with the Small Business Administration (SBA). SCORE Association's 11,500 volunteers serve as "Counselors to America's Small Business." Working and retired executives and business owners donate their time and expertise as volunteer business counselors providing confidential counseling and mentoring. |

The federal government pays 50% of the cost of consulting services designed to help the client firm improve its competitive position.
